The City Assessor’s Office will conduct informal appeals regarding the proposed upcoming real estate assessments that will be effective July 1, 2018. Staff will be available to assist property owners on the following dates and times: Monday through Friday, March 15 through March 30, from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.  Assessment Appeal Applications can be downloaded here, may be mailed at the request of the property owner, or picked up in the City Assessor’s Office.  For more information please call (757) 393-8631.
