Curbside Recycling Survey

Dear City of Portsmouth Resident:

The City Portsmouth wishes to thank all of the citizens who participated.

Effective April 1st, the City of Portsmouth has contracted with TFC Recycling to provide recycling center service for dropped-off recyclables at each of the sites formerly handled by the Southeastern Public Service Authority (SPSA). We are pleased to maintain this recycling center service and we appreciate the community’s continued use. The advantages of recycling are many and range from providing economic savings to savings to our landfills and environment. In fact, recycling items and keeping trash out of the landfill could reduce your monthly refuse bill.
