Mosquito Activity (Scale from 0 to 5)
  • We received an average of .98 inches of rain last week.
  • Mosquito activity is a 2 for the entire city. Mosquito activity has increased due to the consistent rainfall over the past few weeks and warmer temperatures. There has been no Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE) or West Nile Virus (WNV) detected in the area this year.

Service Requests
  • We received 3 complaint calls about mosquitoes this week.
  • Mosquito complaint calls should increase next week as close in on Memorial Day.
Control
