Professional Visit Guidelines
Portsmouth City Jail has set up special vistation for Attorney's in order to provide the most availability to inmates.
All Jail Rules apply to Professional Visits. Among these specific to contact visits is "Jail Regulations prohibit giving any item(s) to inmates."
You must sign in with the Lobby Receptionist and present proper identification.
