Oasis:
The Sheriff's Office has had a change of vendors that handle canteen and food services. Aramark is no longer processing canteen funds. The new company is Oasis Management Systems, Inc. During this transition, they are ONLY accepting cash in the Jail ATM machine located in the lobby of the Jail.

Fallen Deputies
Funeral:
The Funeral arrangement for Deputy Billy Stiltner have changed and include events on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:
- Wednesday visitation after 6:00 pm and Services at 7:00 pm at Harman Freewill Baptist Church;
- Thursday Visitation 6:00-7:00 pm and Services at 7:00 pm at Riverview Elementary School;
- Funeral services Friday at 12:00 (Noon) at Riverview Elementary School.

Safe Ride Home
A Success Again:
Sheriff Watson's "Safe Ride Home" program was again successful in an effort to keep the roads and citizens safe in Portsmouth. This year we provided a safe ride home to 157 individuals. We had 21 volunteers lending their time to the cause. As the program becomes more successful, we should see more individuals being responsible during this time of celebration.
