Portsmouth, VA -- The offices of the City of Portsmouth will be closed on Friday, January 15th in observance of Lee-Jackson Day and on Monday, January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. In addition, to being closed this Friday and Monday, all Portsmouth Public Libraries will be closed on Saturday, January 16th.
Trash and Bulk Collection
There will be no trash or bulk collection on Friday, January 15th. Friday’s routes will be collected two days early on Wednesday, January 13th.
There will be no trash or bulk collection on Monday, January 18th. Trash and bulk collection has been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 20th.
