FEMA has released preliminary Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps to the City of Portsmouth for review. A link to the new map can be found on the Planning Department’s homepage (www.portsmouthva.gov/planning) or in the Planning Department office on the fourth floor of City Hall.. Any interested person is encouraged to check the map for any changes or corrections that should be made. All comments must be received by the Planning Department no later than Wednesday, April 23rd.
