Description:
Under limited supervision, collects and analyzes information, to assist and support administrative and operational personnel in making decisions relative to recruitment. Works to recruit and retain a diverse pool of applicants with the Portsmouth Fire, Rescue and Emergency Services Department. The incumbent may perform surveys and research, as well as, provide data analysis or evaluations to enhance recruiting, hiring and career development processes.

Education/Experience:
Associates Degree in Business Administration or a closely related field, Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible analytical experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
