Description:
Under limited supervision, performs responsible administrative and supervisory work assisting in planning, organizing and directing an effective and comprehensive assessment program for the City. Work involves supervising Appraisers and clerical support staff. Employee assists and participates in assessments of land parcels and buildings and in preparing various statistical reports.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, economics or a related field. Must have 10 or more years of experience in assessment, including supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills knowledge and abilities.

Special
Req:
State Certified General Real Estate Appraisers License required. Must hold Certified Assessment Evaluation (CAE) designation or equivalent.
