Visual Preference Survey

INTRODUCTION:
The City of Portsmouth is in the process of developing a new Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Ordinance is the primary tool for implementing the vision and goals of the Destination 2025 Comprehensive Plan.

As part of this process, we are conducting a Visual Preference Survey for residents city-wide to help shape the long-term physical appearance and development character for the City

This survey includes a series of 23 images illustrating a variety of urban conditions. We will be asking you to rank each image and provide comments. Please ensure that your comments are as specific as possible – your answers will help shape the future of your City.
